PC机与多台单片机通信控制器的设计

摘    要:针对一台PC机与多台MCS-51单片机构成的小型集散控制系统的特点,介绍了系统中通信控制器的设计方法.通信控制器以AT89S51单片机为核心,采用8251实现串口扩展,并通过基于RS-232C标准和RS-485标准的串行通信技术的应用,解决了小型集散控制系统的通信问题,减轻了PC机的通信负担.经过软硬件的设计和联机调试,测试结果表明,该控制器的应用不仅提高了集散控制系统数据传输的可靠性,而且提高了整个系统控制的实时性.此外,控制器具有结构简单的优点.

Abstract:A communication controller is introduced in this thesis.It is fit for the distributed control system which is a system composed of one PC computer and many MCS-51 single-chip microcomputers.AT89S51 is used as the core chip of the communication controller.Meanwhile 8251 is adopted to expand the serial port of single-chip microcomputer in the scheme.The communication controller can realize communication between PC and MCS-51 single-chip microcomputers through RS-232C and RS-485 serial communication interface.So that communication burden of PC will be relieved.It has been proved that distributed control system can guarantee not only high transmission reliability,but also real-time controlling by the application of communication controller.In addition,the controller is concisely structured.
