| 摘 要： | 通过对廊坊市现行的基层群众体育管理体制及其运行机制现状的调查,总结廊坊市基层群众体育工作所面临的困难,及其管理体制存在的问题.系统分析与完善各群众体育组织的结构职能,根据社会发展的需要,为廊坊市基层群众体育科学合理管理体制的构建提出合理化建议与参考. |

| Abstract: | This article researches on mass sports management system and its operation,and summarizes the difficulties in mass sports and problems existing in the management system.According to the demand of social development,this article systematically analyzes and perfects structural function of mass sports organization,and offers rational suggestion and reference to construct scientific management system of mass sports in Langfang. |
