摘    要:干涉条纹图象自动分析的第一个关键步骤就是条纹信息与背景信息的自动区分即条纹抽取。目前出现的条纹抽取算法能够适应一定情形的干涉图象的处理,对于复杂的干涉条纹图象如迭加三维焊点信息的激光全息干涉图象,仍需要一定的人机交互操作来补充处理所谓的疑难点——一些处理中由于噪声引起的伪条纹及条纹间断。本文探讨的就是如何实现这些疑难点的不需人工干预的计算机处理技术

Abstract:Interferometric image is very important to the testing, measurement and inspection applications. With the development of computer technology, it is very required for automatic analysis of interferometric fringes. The first step for this is the extraction of fringes from image, to distinguish the fringe information from backgrounds. The algorithms for this appeared in the literatures can process some kind of simple interferometric images, and needs man-machine interactive operations to process questionable points fringe interrupted points and false fringes caused by noises, for complex image such as holographic interfermetric images. This paper discusses the technique for automatic processing of these questionable points without any man machine interactive operations.
