空中交通流量优化管理

研究了空中交通流量管理中的机场流量最优化问题，提出了解决目前日益严重的拥塞问题的一种方案，将机场流量利用最优化问题分解为两个子问题，以折考虑解的最优性及求解复杂性，针对两个子问题，提出了一种折考虑解的最优性及求解复杂性的线性规划数学模型，利用该模型，可以最有效地发挥系统功能，同是保证飞机飞行过程的有效隔离，最后，还给出了具体的实例分析，证实了所建模型的实用性。

Optimizing Management for Air Traffic Flow

The problem of optimizing airport capacity utilization for air traffic management is discussed, and a schedule for solving heaving traffic problems is presented. To simplify optimal solution, the optimizing airport capacity utilization problem is decomposed into two subproblems:subproblem 1 is used to optimally decide the number of actual takeoff and landing operations during each time interval so as to minimize takeoff queue and landing queue; subproblem 2 is to decide the order of each flight through flight by flight consideration during each time interval so as to minimize the delay cost. Moreover,a new mathematical model is developed which attempts to balance contradiction between the optimization of the total cost and the spending time and memory complexity for solving the modeled optimization problem. By using this model airport arrival capacity and departure capacity are considered as two interdependent variables. Also this paper presents numerical examples to illustrate the potential benefits of the approach.
