我国空中乘务专业本科教育的困境与对策

随着我国民航事业的飞速发展,近年来,有十所左右的高校开办了本科层次的空中乘务专业;培养高层次的空中乘务专业人才.但在发展过程中也存在不少问题,如开设空中乘务专业过于功利化,过于随意,人才培养质量没有明显的提高,就业情况不理想等.而如何解决好这些问题,已成为实现我国高校空中乘务本科专业良性发展的当务之急.

Problems and Countermeasures of Undergraduate Education for Cabin Attendant Majors

With the rapid development of China＇s civil aviation industry in recent years,more than a dozen of universities offer undergraduate-level cabin attendant majors and begin to cultivate high-level professionals.However,in the process of development there exists many problems,such as the amount of Cabin Attendant majors is too large and the quality of personnel training has no obvious improvement. How to solve these problems has become an urgent task in our vocational education.The author proposes the countermeasures which are beneficial to the development of the air cabin attendant majors.
