对我国高等教育扩招的正负效应的思考

我国高等教育扩大招生规模,并进入到马丁.特罗教授理论中的“大众化“阶段,这是中国高等教育的进步。一方面,扩招带来的机遇和动力显而易见,这样可以促进经济发展,缩小我国同发达国家差距,使更多的人可以接受到良好的教育;另一方面,扩招带来的负效应不容忽视,这主要表现在高等教育质量下滑,学费高昂和就业压力增大等问题上。为此提出一些建设性意见,希望从根本上减少由于扩招后的负效应给我国高等教育带来的种种冲击。

Thinking on the positive and negative effects of the expanded enrollment scale of higher education in our country

The higher education of our country is expanding the enrollment scale and according to Martin's theory,we have entered into "popularization" education stage and this is a progress of higher education.On the one hand,the opportunities and motive forces brought by the expanding are obvious, the economy developing,the distance between our country and the developed countries narrowing,and more and more people accepting better education;on the other hand,the negative effects brought by the expanding can't be ignored,that is the falls of the higher education quality,the high tuition fee and the increasing pressure on employment,ect.The author wants to offer some constructive advices in order to decrease the negative effects of the expanded enrollment scale from the root,decrease those strike to Chinese higher education.
