| 摘 要： | 试飞员培训离不开教学专用的航空器和地面模拟设施等教学条件.这些教学条件是试飞教学实施、保持和持续提高试飞教员教学水平所必须的.教学条件的完整性和试飞教学师资力量共同决定着试飞员学校的培训水平和能力.首先分析了试飞员职业生涯的特点,介绍了国外试飞员学校的培训条件,说明了试飞员培训条件与教学体系、师资的关系,最后结合我国实际给出了试飞员培训条件建设的内容,供从事试飞员、试飞工程师培训的管理、教学和研究人员参考.

Construction of conditions for test pilot training |

| Abstract: | The training of test pilot is highly related to the specific training conditions mentioned in this paper,such as training aircraft and all kinds of ground simulating facilities,which are not only the guarantee of flight test training,but a requirement for maintaining and improving test flight instructor skills.The construction of test pilot training conditions shall meet the requirements of teaching syllabus to fulfill the instruction assignments.This paper analyzes the characteristics of career as a test pilot and introduces training conditions of international test pilot schools to demonstrate the connections between test pilot training conditions and teaching syllabus and faculty.In the end,the paper puts forward the content of test pilot training conditions according to domestic environments in order to provide references for managers,trainers and researchers in the industry of test pilot and flight test engineer training. |
