固体发动机复合材料壳体变形分析

摘    要:用正交异性薄壳理论分析了复合材料壳体的变形,得到了内压作用下圆筒和封头的应变和位移表达式。结果表明,最大工作压强下圆筒的环向应变只与壳体的安全系数及材料的弹性常数有关,与最大工作压强无关。算例表明,计算值与测试结果吻合良好。

Abstract:The deformation of composite case was analyzed by means of the orthotropic thin shell theory.The strain and displacement expressions of the cylinder and the closure under internal pressure were obtained.The results show that the hoop strain of cylinder under the maximum operation pressure is only related to safety factor of the case and elastic constants of the cylinder,but has no relation to the maximum operation pressure.The calculated expamples show that the calculated values agree well with the tested results.
