| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the general requirement of the data measurement software of test item during vacuum thermal test.The software requirements with respect to the type of sensor,the type of resulted data,and the hardware of measurement system are discussed.The method to realize the flexiblity of measurement software by setting a series of config files is given.The design of config file,the program flow and the function module axe discribed. |
