| Abstract: | At first an evaluation index system of flight delays is built.Then the domestic hub airport is evaluated on the basis of the grey hierarchy evaluation model.The weight is determined by the hierarchy analytic process.Results show that the hierarchy gray comprehensive evaluation is objective,and can offer the reliable judgment basis to airports and airliners. |
