星载行波管电源的热设计及热分析

文章对一种国产的、用于星上行波管电源所存在的热问题进行了讨论，分析了影响设备内部温度水平的关键因素，基于机、电、热一体化的思想提出了热设计方案，并通过计算机辅助技术，对方案进行了热分析仿真验证。

Thermal Design and Thermal Analysis of Electronic Power Controller for Spacecraft

This paper focuses on the thermal problem of a domestic Electronic Power Controller （EPC） of Traveling-Wave Tube Amplifier for spacecraft. The key factor which influences the equipment temperature is introduced. An integrative design method combined thermal design with mechanical design and electronic design is applied in the EPC thermal design process. A computer aid thermal analysis is accomplished to verify the thermal design.
