| 摘 要： | 建设项目的特点决定了建筑承包企业的生存与发展将面临很多风险，故风险管理对建筑承包企业显得尤为重要，其主要问题之一就是如何将有关定性风险定量化。为此，文章探讨了层分析法用于建筑承包企业风险管理的问题，主要就风险分析与评价、风险决策，结合工程实例阐述了层次分析法的具体应用。

| Abstract: | The character of construction project determines that the construction contracting enterprises will face many risks for their existence and development. Therefore, risk management appears particularly important to the construction contracting enterprises. One of the main problems is how to determine the quantity of the qualitative risks. So this paper discusses the analytic hierarchy process in risk management of construction contracting enterprises. Specifically it illustrates the applications of analytic hierarchy process by combining risk analysis, assessment and decision with project cases. |
