摘    要:纤维缠绕复合材料由于具有优良的性能而在许多领域广泛应用。数控系统作为其成型工艺装备的重要部分,如果采用标准数控系统,会使它的扩充和修改极为有限,并难以将自己的专用技术、工艺经验集成到控制系统中去,且成本较高。针对这些情况,文中提出以IPc和多轴运动控制器为基础构成开放式的六轴缠绕机数控系统,阐述了该数控系统的硬件构成,并重点介绍了系统应用软件的结构、系统软件的模块化设计以及如何在win—dows环境下进行用户化开发。该数控系统的实际工程应用,验证了系统的实用性和开放性。

Abstract:Filament-wound composite materials have been widely applied because of their many desirable properties.CNC system is an important part of molding technology equipment.But if the general CNC system is used in winding machine,the modification and extension to it is very limited.It is also difficult that special technology and technical experience is integrated into the control system,and the cost is very high.In the paper an open six-axis CNC system for winding machine based on the IPC and Programmable Multi-Axis Controller (PMAC) is presented.The hardware of the open system is introduced.The structure of system application software,modularization design of the system software,and customized development in the windows are illuminated in detail.Based on its application in practical projects,the practicality and openness of this open system is verified.
