| Abstract: | I demonstrate in this paper,the effect of reliability prediction and allocation to all aspects such as military operation,survivability,maneuverability of deployment,labor cost of maintenance as well as operational cost,etc.It is of great importance to the success of winning a war.Besides,I point out that reliability prediction and allocation of civil products will play a vital role in improving its competitive power. |
