仿真转台的低速性能研究

摘    要:低速性能是仿真转台的重要性能指标之一,在系统设计中如何在保证系统高速系统和频带要求的同时满足低速性能指标的要求是设计者着重考虑的问题,也是转台控制系统设计的难点之一。本文在三轴模拟飞行转台设计实践中提出一种行之有效的方法,在保证系统频带要求情况下提高系统的稳态精度和低速性能,并给出了0.005deg/s和0.01deg/s的低速性能曲线,根据实践测试结果和数字控制系统的特点探索性地提出一种评价系统

Abstract:The low-speed performance is one of the important performance indexes of simulation rotating table. How to guarantee not only the high-speed and frequency band of systems but also the low-speed performance is a problem quite needed to think about,and is also the difficulty in the design of the rotating table control system. This paper sets forth an effective method by practice of the design for an analogue flying rotating table,which can increase steady state accuracy, and low-speed performance of the system while frequency band of the system is guaranteed, the curves of low-speed performance of 0.005deg/s and 0. 001 deg/s are worked out. Based on the testresults and the properties of digital control system, a way used to assess the low-speed performance of system is set forth exploratively.
