复合结构喷管热强度有限元分析

摘    要:本文采用有限元法对复合结构喷管进行了二维瞬态温度场和应力场计算。在温度场计算中采用了网络变换法对考虑烧蚀动边界并有效地消除了大温度梯度情况下温度振荡现象,算例表明,本文提供的分析方法简单可靠,易于工程实践采用。

Abstract:This paper presents the analysis on the 2-D transient temperature field and stress field of compound nozzle by use of the finite element method.While making temperature field analysis the grid deforming method has been used to consider the ablation moving boundary and to eliminate temperature osilation due to large temperature gradient efficiently.The numerical example has shown that the method provided in the paper is simple and reliable.It is easy in engineering practice.
