复合固体推进剂单向拉伸力学模型

摘    要:本文提出了复合固体推进剂单向拉伸力学模型。导得的数学表达式指出:推进剂的伸长率不仅与弹性粘结体的伸长率和固体填料体积分数有关,而且还与界面粘结层厚度和固体粒子直径有关。理论计算结果较T.L.Smith和F.Bueche的计算结果更接近实际推进剂的结果。

Abstract:A mechanical model of the uniaxial extension of composite solid propellants is propounded in this paper. The mathematical fomulation derived has been indicated that the elongation of propellants is related to not only it of elastobinder and fraction in volume of solid fillers,but also the thickness of the interface adhesive layer and the average diameter of solid particles.Results of the theoretical calculating are near measuring value of practical propellants more than that of T. L. Smith and F. Bueche.
