摘    要:利用通用有限元程序Marc分析了单晶叶片的振动特性,考虑了取向、温度和转速的影响。计算结果表明,111]取向的固有频率大于001]取向的,取向对高阶固有频率的影响比低阶的大;温度升高,固有频率下降;随着转速增加,固有频率也在增加。转速对001]取向固有频率的影响要比111]取向的大。在工作状态下,转速对低阶频率的影响大,对高阶频率的影响则比较小。

Vibration Characteristics Analysis of Nickel -Base Single Crystal Blades

Abstract:The vibration characteristics of nickel-base single crystal blades are analyzed using the finite element code Marc, taking into consideration the effects of crystallographic orientation, temperature and rotor speed. Results show that the natural frequency of crystallographic orientation111] is higher than that of001], and that the crystallographic orientation has stronger effect on high-order natural frequencies than it has on low-order ones. The natural frequency decreases with the temperature and increases with the rotor speed. The effect of rotor speed on natural frequency of orientation 001] is greater than that of 111]. Under operating condition, the effect of rotor speed on low-order frequencies is stronger than that on high-order frequencies.
