| 摘 要： | 本文从涂料配制、砂芯制作到微波加热固化，对涂层转移机理、涂层特性及其影响因素进行了探讨。浇注试验表明，转移涂层砂型浇出的铸件尺寸精度及表面质量与熔模铸造相当。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the mechanism of transferred coatings, the coating characteristicsand their influencing factors have been studied from the constituents of paint, sand mould manufacture to the solidification by means of heating in the micro-wave oven. Practices show that thecastings from the sand moulds with trasferred coatings have the same dimension accuracy andsurface quality as those from theinvestment casting. |
