燃烧室掺混气流与缝槽气膜相互作用初步研究

摘    要:对缝槽气膜冷却在不同吹风比情况下的气膜冷却效率采用CO2传热传质类比方法进行了试验研究。根据湍流混合模型及气膜效率试验数据归纳了计算缝槽气膜冷却气膜效率的经验关系式。在此基础上,采用相同试验方法进行了掺混气流与气膜相互作用的初步研究,明确了掺混气流对其下游区域气膜的干扰作用。

Abstract:The experimental investigation on slot film cooling effectiveness was conducted with different blowing rates of the sample gas—CO2,by using Heat-Mass Transfer Analogy method.The empiric formulas for calculating slot film cooling effectiveness were derived from the test data according to the turbulence-mixing model.The same experiment was also conducted with the mixing jet flow normal to the wall,and the disturbing action on film cooling downstream of the jet flow was determined.The results showed a great difference between the effects of different mixing flows on the film cooling.
