膜盒式机械密封阻尼设计研究

摘    要:针对膜盒式机械密封膜盒存在疲劳裂纹的问题,以焊接膜盒为研究对象,在分析研究机械密封动力学模型的基础之上,提出了用增加阻尼来提高膜盒抗疲劳裂纹能力的方法,并给出了膜盒式机械密封阻尼设计规范,带阻尼的膜盒式机械密封通过了模态、振动试验和发动机热试车考核,并已应用到发动机的设计中。

Abstract:Taking fatigue crack of the welded metal bellows as an example, a method to add dampers to improve the capacity of the antifatigue cracks is presented based on the analysis of the dy- namic model for mechanical seal to overcome the fatigue crack existing on the welded metal bellows for mechanical seal. The design specifications of the welded metal bellows for mechanical seal are given in this paper. The mechanical seal structure with dampers has passed the modal test, vibration test and assessment of the engine hot test, and has been applied successfully to the actual projects.
