农村信息服务体系的构建

农村信息服务体系存在着农民获取信息资源有限、文化信息严重匮乏、获取信息途径单一和信息利用率低等问题,文章分析了构建农村信息服务体系的两个重要因素,即信息资源的内容和信息服务模式,指出农村信息资源建设应注意科普性,要提供具有指导性、预测性的高价值信息,要体现全面性和及时性,要注重信息资源的整合;农村信息服务模式要有独特性,包括通过网络平台提供信息检查与浏览服务,提供深层次的信息咨询与交流服务,开展专题跟踪服务,提供各种形式农村文化信息服务。在此基础上,提出新型农村信息服务体系架构。
