| 摘 要： | 本文研究了加衬套对耳片的加强与止裂作用。提出了销钉与衬套、衬套与耳片之间接触边界条件的处理方法。利用作者编制的耳片应力分析通用程序LUGS进行计算,得出了具有最佳止裂特性的衬套参数配置。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the strengthening and crack-stopping effects of an interference-fit bushing on an attachment lug. A method is presented for treating the boundary conditions of contact surfaces.By use of lugs which is a universal program for stress analysis of attachment lugs, for the first time, a thought that selects a set of optimum parameters of a bushing is suggested.A bushing with optimum performance for a lug with arbitrary size and load case can be designed by using the method presented in this paper. |
