摘    要: 在耗散结构理论和 DMM方法的基础上,提出一种确定锻造热力参数范围的方法,以获得组织和性能稳定一致的锻件。详细叙述了用所提出的方法确定 GH1 69合金锻造热力参数范围的过程,并提供了对研究 GH1 69合金锤上和压力机上锻造过程有实用价值的曲线 ;提出为获得优质 GH1 69合金锻件,以采用中等应变速率的设备和较低的锻造温度为宜

Abstract:A new approach to determining the thermomechanical parameters of forging processes is proposed based on the dissipative structure theory and the dynamic material model(DMM). This approach is used to identify the process window within which the properties and microstructures of the forgings are essentially stable and can thus be controlled during the forging processes. The procedure of applying the proposed method to detemine the process window of GH169 alloy is illustrated in detail. Moreover, some graphs valuable for determining the process parameters of GH169 alloy forging processes using hammer or press are also presented for the first time. The results of this study indicate that for producing high quality GH169 alloy forgings, it is appropriate to perform the finish forging at a lower temperature using equipment with mediate strain rate.
