| 摘 要： | 旅客行李提取是影响机场航站楼有效运行的关键环节,对旅客满意度有着重要影响.研究了航站楼旅客行李提取转盘的指派问题,首先分析了行李转盘的指派方式,然后以均衡使用行李转盘为优化目标,建立了机场行李转盘优化指派模型,设计了求解该模型的蚁群算法,并用Matlab编程实现了该算法.最后通过实例分析验证了提出的模型和蚁群算法的正确性,其指派结果与先到先服务的指派结果相比,各行李转盘的使用率更加均衡,从而提高了服务质量和旅客满意度.
