霍尔电推进长寿命试验台测控系统研制

摘    要:针对霍尔电推进长寿命试验台的测控需求,提出并详细论述了IPC+DAQ2205+PCI1721的测控系统硬件和Delphi7+SQL的测控系统软件。采用基于PCI总线的高性能数据采集卡DAQ2205和模拟控制量输出卡PCI1721完成测控系统的数据采集和模拟控制量的输出控制。采用多线程的程序设计架构实现测控系统多任务和快速响应的需求。测控系统实际运行测试表明其测控精度、响应速度、可靠性和人机交互友好性等方面都能很好地满足霍尔推力器长寿命试验的具体要求。

Abstract:In allusion to the actual measurement and control requirements for Hall electric propulsion longevity test bed, IPC+DAQ 2205+PCI 1721 based hardware and Delphi 7+SQL based sottware of measurement and control system are built up and dissertated in detail in this paper. The high-per- formance data acquisition card DAQ 2205 and analog controlled quantity output card PCI 1721, both based on PCI bus, are used to realize the data aquisition and analog controlled quantity output for the measurement and control system. Multi-tasking and rapid response requirements are met by mul- ti-threaded programming architecture. The running tests of the measurement and control system show that the control precision, response speed, reliability and friendly human-computer interaction can meet the specific requirements of longevity experiment for the Hall electric thruster.
