缓冲器行程分级级数对某起落架载荷校准和实测误差的影响

摘    要:载荷校准试验设计与实施是影响起落架载荷校准和测量质量的一类重要因素,也关系着试验的安全、周期和成本。起落架载荷校准通常需要在多级缓冲器行程下重复进行,缓冲器行程分级级数是起落架载荷校准试验设计的一个基本变量。以某起落架载荷校准和实测为例,提出了缓冲器分级级数对起落架载荷校准和测量结果影响的分析方法和评价指标,利用既得的载荷校准试验数据,评估了缓冲器行程分级级数对载荷校准和测量误差的影响。结果表明,提出的分析方法正确,评价指标合理,可用于起落架载荷校准质量评估;在仅1级缓冲器行程下校准与分为2级校准相比,应变电桥的响应系数相对误差约8%;缓冲器行程分为2级校准与分为3级校准相比,应变电桥的响应系数相对误差约6%,载荷校准检验工况的载荷误差约6%,飞行测量的航向、侧向和垂向载荷的相对误差分别约为2%、8%和0.3%,而最大误差分别达到了20%、26%和4%,可供起落架载荷校准试验设计参考。

Abstract:The design and implementation of load calibration test is an important factor that affects the quality of landing gear load calibration and measurement.It also relates to the safety,period and cost of the test.The landing gear load calibration usually needs to be repeated under the multi-stage buffer stroke.The buffer stroke stage number is a basic variable in the landing gear load calibration test design.Taking a landing gear load calibration and flight measurement as an example,an analysis method and evaluation index of the influence of the buffer stroke stage number on the landing gear load calibration and measurement results are proposed,and the test data of the load calibration are used.The influence of the buffer stroke stage number on the load calibration and measurement errors is evaluated.The results show that:the proposed analysis method is correct and the evaluation index is reasonable.It can be used to evaluate the quality of landing gear load calibration;Compared with the 1 stage calibration and the 2 stage calibration,the relative error of the strain bridge influence coefficient is about 8%;Compared with the 2 stage calibration and the 3 stage calibration,the relative error of the strain bridge influence coefficient is about 6%,and the relative error of the check-case load is about 6%,and the relative errors of the flight measured heading,lateral and vertical loads are about 2%,8%and 0.3%,respectively,while the maximum errors reached 20%,26%and 4%,respectively.It can be used as reference for landing gear load calibration test design.
