基于Qt的航空发动机性能测试软件设计与实现

摘    要:为了提高航空发动机安装到无人机上工作前的可靠性和安全性,本文以某型无人机航空发动机为对象,针对其性能测试需求,介绍了某型航空发动机性能测试系统的硬件组成结构,利用Qt5.9.3设计了某型航空发动机性能测试上位机软件的具体方法,完成了某型航空发动机全性能测试,实现了发动机的在线控制、参数采集与实时显示。最后给出了用该发动机性能测试软件进行监控的结果。

Abstract:To improve the reliability and safety of aero-engine before they are installed on UAV,this paper takes a certain type of aero-engine as an object,aiming at its performance test requirements,introduces the hardware structure of a certain type of aero-engine performance test system and the specific method to design aero-engine performance testing host software by using Qt5.9.3.The full performance test of an aero-engine has been completed,realizing the on-line control of engine and the concrete method of parameter collection and real-time display.Finally,the results of monitoring with the engine properties testing software are presented.
