摘    要:针对航空发动机叶片高阶振动及阻尼涂层减振有效性的试验验证问题,通过构建旋笛式高频气激试验器,对单个非旋转叶片进行气体激振试验研究,同时完成有无涂层阻尼叶片在高频气激下的振动响应对比试验。结果表明:气动激振可以使叶片处于高应力工作状态,施加阻尼涂层是1种有效抑制振动响应的手段;气体激振测频结果与ANSYS计算、振动台测频结果基本吻合,说明气体激振不仅可以完成振动特性试验,而且可以通过调节气压和流量来控制激振力的大小,以此来控制振幅并完成振动疲劳试验

Study on Validity of Air-Excited Vibration and Coating Vibration Damping of Simulation Blade

Abstract:Aiming at the experimental verification of the validity of high order vibration and coat vibration damping of aeroengine blade, the air-excited vibration test were studied on single non-rotationally blade by constructing a siren-type high frequency air-excited vibration test rig. The vibration response comparison test with and without damping blade were finished in high frequency air-excited vibration. The results show that air-excited vibration can make the blade in high stress state, damping coat is an effective mean of suppressing vibration response, the results of air-excited vibration are in good agreement with ANSYS calculation and the test results, the air-excited vibration not only complete the test of vibration characteristic, but also control exciting force by adjusting the air pressure and flow to control the amplitude of the vibration and achieve fatigue test.
