涡扇发动机加力燃油计量装置建模与性能分析

摘    要:航空发动机加力燃油计量装置对于准确实现加力燃油控制规律和加力接通与切断过渡过程的性能至关重要。为了对某涡扇发动机加力燃油计量装置的性能进行深入分析,采用面向对象的建模软件AMESim对加力燃油计量装置进行建模,对该装置动态性能、抗干扰能力以及指令压力实现、逆序切油功能等进行了深入研究。结果表明:该加力燃油计量装置性能优良,可以实现设计要求的功能。所建模型可供加力燃油计量装置的设计、改进改型和性能优化参考

Modeling and Performance Analysis of Augmented-fuel Metering Unit for Turbofan Engine

Abstract:Augmented-fuel metering unit of aeroengine is very important to the accurate realization of the control law of augmented-fuel and the performance of afterburner light-on and cutting off process. In order to analyze the performance of augmented-fuel metering unit of turbofan engine, the simulation model of augmented-fuel metering unit was established by the object-oriented modeling software AMESim. The deep analysis of the dynamic performance, the anti-interference ability, the realization of command pressure and the function of reverse cutting fuel of the unit was conducted. The results show that the performance of the augmented-fuel metering unit can achieve the design requirements. The models provide a reference for the design, the improvement and modification, performance optimization of the augmented-fuel metering unit.
