航空发动机转子系统结构方案图形库的研究与建立

摘    要:压气机转子和涡轮转子是航空燃气涡轮发动机的重要组成部件,研究并建立航空发动机整个转子系统的结构方案图形库是航空发动机计算机辅助转子系统的必要组成部分。本文介绍了利用Auto CAD图形软件和Auto Lisp语言编写程序建立的发动机转子结构方案图形库的尝试。在广泛搜集并认真分析研究国内外现有航空发动机压气机转子部件和涡轮转子部件的基础上,确定并建立了典型零件分类图、典型零件图和典型结构方案图。结构方案的确定是以多级屏幕菜单的形式显示,以交互式的人机对话的方式供用户选择。方案确定以后,通过人机交互对话,对指定的参数赋予特征的数值,可以很快的绘制出转子结构方案图,并可以对结构方案图进行实时的修改和优化。

Abstract:The rotors of the compressor and turbine are the important components of the gas turbine engines while the establishment of the structure program figure base of the aero-engine rotor system is the necessary part of the aero-engine computer aided design rotor system. This paper introduces the aero-engine rotor structure program figure base through utilizing the Auto CAD software and the Auto Lisp language program. The typical part figure of classification, the typical part figure and the typical structure program figure are set up through collecting and analyzing the current compressor and turbine rotor parts of the internal and external aero-engine. The establishment of the structure programe is displayed with multistage screens menu. The interactive method is provided for the users. After the program is set up,the specific value is given for the definite parameter through the interactive method so that the rotor structure program figure can be drawn quickly and also can be modified and optimized with real time.
