| 摘 要： | 本文针对电子行业广泛使用的镀金板在表面贴装工艺中经常出现的污染问题,通过对此类PCB板作表面贴装工艺过程中的各个环节的追踪,分析出镀金板污染的原因并提出了几种防污染措施。
