摘    要:分析了空间站舱段吊装过程的特点,对比多种测量方案后,提出了基于多模式集成测量的吊装安全监测系统方案,分步实现吊装过程的实时监测。通过对吊装过程关键数据的采集与解析,获取吊装舱段与停放件的相对位姿,以三维可视化的方式显示作业过程,同时进行安全阈值示警,定量引导与辅助航天器舱段吊装作业过程。通过实验室和实际使用,验证了设计方案的可行性及测量精度。与传统的监测系统设计相比,具有功耗低、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、成本低和操作简便等显著优点。

Abstract:In this paper, the characteristics of the hoisting assembly process of the space station are analyzed. After comparing the various measurement schemes, the hoisting safety monitoring system based on the multi mode integrated measurement is proposed, and the real time monitoring of the hoisting assembly process is realized step by step. Through the acquisition and analysis of the key data of the lifting process, the relative position of the hoisting part and the parking part is obtained, and the operation process is displayed in a three-dimensional visualization way. At the same time, the safety threshold warning, quantitative guidance and auxiliary spacecraft hoisting process are carried out. Through the laboratory and practical use, the feasibility of the design, measurement and accuracy have been it verified. Compared with the design of traditional monitoring system, it has the advantages of low power consumption, high reliability, strong anti interference ability, low cost and easy operation.
