损伤与特殊事件分析在民用飞机中的应用研究

在民机维修领域,特殊事件任务的制定一直是民用飞机维修手册开发的重点。基于型号经验和S3000L损伤与特殊事件分析的方法,通过详细分析以及技术裁剪与补充,本文首次提出“影响级别”等一系列的概念和技术指标,完整建立了国产民用飞机研制体系中特殊事件分析的理论与方法。分析案例表明：该理论和分析方法合理、可靠,为国内民机主制造商开展民用飞机维修手册05章的编制工作提供了参考。

Applications research of DSEA method for civil aircraft based on S3000L

In the field of civil aircraft maintenance, the formulation of special event tasks has always been the focus of civil aircraft maintenance manual development. Based on design experience and damage and special event analysis method on S3000L and through detailed analysis and technical tailoring and supplement, the concept of Effect Rating was first given. The technical parameters and analysis methods were established. The special events analysis theories and methods were set up for domestic civil aircraft. The given analysis showed that the theory and analysis method were reasonable and reliable. Some references were given for compiling the Chapter 05 of AMM of domestic civil main aircraft manufacturer.
