| 摘 要： | 为提高有源微波器件测试的器件无损性、测试正确性、测试稳定性、结果正确性和测试速动性，保障航天航空产品、通讯产品和武器整机系统的可靠性和稳定性，识别有源微波器件测试的干扰因素，规避其恶劣影响变得日益重要。本文根据有源微波器件的测试原理，结合有源微波器件的测试要求，找到了严重威胁有源微波器件正常测试的8项干扰因素，并针对这8项干扰因素逐一找到了可行的抗干扰对策，对有源微波器件测试具有很深的实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the integrity, correctness,stability and fast of the active microwave device test,ensure the reliability,stability of aerospace products communication products, weapon whole system, it is improtant to identify the interference factors and avoid the bad influence. According to the testing principle of active microwave devices, combined with the testing requirement of active wave devices, the interference factors of 8 serious threat tests are found and feasible anti-interference countermeasures are found, which has deep guiding significance for testing. |
