摘    要:本文介绍了一种光纤测力传感器。利用两根多模光纤束传输光信号,采用一种特殊的结构形式,能够有效地消除力偏心对传感器输出的影响。另外,还介绍了温度补偿电路,包括光源驱动也路及光信号接收电路。

Abstract:A force sensor of optical fibers is introduced in this paper. Two beams of multi-fibers are used to transmit optical signals, and one particular structure is adopted to effectively eliminate the effect of eccentric force on the sensor output. Besides, tempreture compensated circuits, including a light source driven circuit and a circuit receiving optical signals, are also presented.
