| 摘 要： | 介绍了装配式组合芯模。这是一种新型固体发动机装药芯模,适用于翼柱型和锥槽型装药制造。该芯模由若干分段、分块组合而成,可分为悬挂式、分块式、座块式、开窗式等类型。采用组合芯模可保证药型质量,提高发动机的质量比。

| Abstract: | Combined mandrel is introduced in this paper. It is a new type of mandrel for solid rocket motor loading, which can be used for producing finocyl and cono-slot grains. The mandrel consists of several cylindric segments and blocks cut apart. It can be sub-divided into different kinds of suspended blocked, pedestaled and windowed. When the combined mandrel is adopted, the grain configuration can be ensured and motor mass fraction can be improved. |
