脉冲爆震发动机倒旋流气动阀性能实验

摘    要:为了得到高性能的脉冲爆震发动机气动阀,根据以前研究者气动阀设计的经验,提出倒旋流气动阀设计思想,以此设计思想设计了五种结构不同的气动阀,并分别对五种气动阀性能进行了冷态和热态试验研究。试验结果表明:倒旋流数越大气动阀的单向性能越好;在进气道进口加装长1.5D(D为进气道进口直径)的直管,可获得最佳的气动阀单向性;综合考虑进气总压损失和气动阀单向性等因素,认为轴向倒旋流气动阀更适合PDE应用。通过轴向气动阀的热态试验结果表明:采用倒旋流设计的气动阀,可有效抑制前传压力约70%。

Abstract:In order to obtain high performance aero-valve of Pulse Detonation Engine(PDE),a new type of aero-valve,called inversing-rotating aero-valve,was advanced by summarizing the experience of former designers.Five aero-valves with different structures were designed for following experiment.Results show that aero-valves with larger swirl number SN,which are fixed straight tubes(1.5D long) ahead of inlet,have more attractive one-way performance.The axial inversing-rotating aero-valve shows up more adaptability for PDE,while considering pressure loss and one-way performance.Furthermore,the pressure of travelling waves to upstream through valve can be decreased about 70%.
