技术成熟度评价在航天器地面环境试验中的应用

摘    要:应国防武器装备采办中对技术状态控制、风险控制的需求,技术成熟度评价理论已在各主要航天国家得到广泛应用。通过分析美国和中国技术成熟度等级标准,提出了适用于航天器地面环境试验技术特点的8级技术成熟度等级标准和应用建议,以期为航天器地面环境试验技术状态管理提供一个行之有效的工具。

Abstract:The concept of the technology readiness is widely applied in many countries in the spacecraft development to control the technology status and risk emerged from purchases of defense weapons. This paper proposes the technology readiness level for the spacecraft ground environment test technology in eight levels and makes some application suggestions based on the analysis of the technology readiness level used in the US and China to provide a useful tool for the management of the technology status during the spacecraft ground environment experiments.
