| Abstract: | According to the practical requirement of diamond film semiconductor device, several patterning techniques of diamond film are described, including photoresist seeding selective growth, mask patterned selective growth, ion beam etching and reactive ion etching. The advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are analyzed. |
