摘    要:网格划分是进行有限元分析建模的一个重要环节,总结了ANSYS建模中网格划分的主要步骤、方法的优缺点和注意事项;针对机翼翼盒的特殊结构,为实现装配要求,提出芯板和蒙皮相黏结的建模方法;分析了机翼受力的主要特点,对翼盒模型受力进行了合理简化。算例结果表明提出的芯板和蒙皮相黏结的扫掠网格建模方法能正确模拟实际结构连接情况,达到指定装配要求,为成功实现机翼翼盒的拓扑优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:Mesh dividing is an important parts of finite element analysis modeling.The main steps of mesh in the ANSYS modeling,the advantages and disadvantages and the precautions are summarized in this paper.In order to achieve assembly requirement,the modeling approach of core-board gluing with skin is put forward in design of special wing box structure.The main features of stressed wing are analyzed and the wing box stress model is simplified reasonably.The demonstration shows that the approach of core-board gluing with skin can simulate the actual connection structure correctly,meet design assembly requirements,and realize topology optimization successfully.
