齿轮胶合判定方法的分析

摘    要:本文将判定齿轮胶合的方法分为齿面形貌法、齿轮磨损量法和齿轮动力响应法,并分析了各种判定法的特点。目察法简单易行;铁谱法、原子吸收法、光电比色法和齿轮动力响应法判定准确、可靠性高,并可用于齿轮胶合故障的监控。

Abstract:In this paper, several methods for determining the scuffing failure of gears are discussed. Checking the tooth faces with un-aided eye is simple and easy in performance. Weighing the gears to discover the weight chan.ge is exact in the result but complex in the process. Determining the shape and the quality of worn particles by ferrography, atomic absorption spectrum and photoelectric spectrophotometry, and analysing the vibration of the gear-box are accurate and reliable and can be used to monitor the scuffing failure of working gears.
