功率提取法在涡喷发动机起动特性模拟及控制规律设计中的应用

摘    要:针对涡喷发动机起动控制规律的特点,将涡轮发动机加、减速控制规律设计的功率提取法模型,应用于航空涡喷发动机起动控制规律的设计.结合低转速部件特性预测方法和改进的功率提取法,给出了涡喷发动机起动控制规律设计的约束条件和设计步骤.该模型可以用于起动带转过程中起动机带转功率的预测,以及全包线范围内、全气候条件下的涡喷发动机起动控制规律的快速、准确设计.计算结果表明,根据功率提取法模型设计的起动控制规律与实际的发动机起动控制规律吻合较好,该方法具有较好的工程应用价值.

Abstract:In accordance with the character of the turbojet's starting control law,the power extraction model of acceleration and deceleration control law was used to design the starting control law of turbojet engine.In combination with the low speed component character prediction method and the improved power extraction method,the constrain conditions and design procedures were presented.The model could be used to predict the starter power in the crank process,and design the starting control law in the whole flight envelope and all climate conditions.It is shown that the control law designed with the power extraction method coincides with the actual starting control law of the turbojet engine,and the model is of good engineering value.
