电阻缝焊逐点电流调幅及其实现

摘    要:本文针对生产实际问题,提出了电阻缝焊逐点电流调幅的概念及其实现方法。在分析可控硅控制角、导通角和缝焊机功率因数角三者关系的基础上提出了独特的线性控制方程。从硬件和软件两个方面说明了具有逐点电流调幅功能的缝焊控制箱设计思想。以8031为核心,简述了系统结构和工作原理,详细讨论了逐点电流调幅的软件流程。试验和生产线考核证明,所研制的控制箱性能达到了预期效果。

Abstract:The concept of spot by spot current modulation duringd resistance seam welding is in the light of the practical problems in production.An unique linear control formula was develeped on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the three angles,that is, are thyristor control angle,tyristor conduction angle and welder power factor angle.The design of hardware and software for seam welder controller with 8031 micro processor incorporating current modulation function was discussed.The structure and principle of the control system with 8031 were briefly introduced and the current modulation software flow was discussed in detail.The controller has been tested in aproduction line and proved to be satisfactory.
