摘    要:介绍一种标定雷达天线机电轴一致性的方法,即确定结构坐标系和波束坐标系之间的转换关系。在雷达天线结构上固定一玻璃立方镜,用于坐标转换。在实验室和微波暗室进行两次测量,分别得到结构坐标系与立方镜的关系、波束坐标系与立方镜的关系,解决了单次测量误差大的问题。进行数据处理及不确定度评定,验证了机电轴一致性。

Abstract:A method of calibration method for radar antenna electromechanical axis consistency is introduced. The aim is to get transformation of structure coordinate and wave coordinate. Fixing a cubic prism on the face of radar antenna is to transform coordinate. To solve the problem of oversize error in single measure, it measures twice in lab and microwave anechoic chamber, and calibrates transformation of structure coordinate and wave coordinate with cubic prism coordinate. Through date processing and un- certainty eraluation, the electromechanical axis consistency is varified.
