激波风洞气动力试验不确定度影响因素分析

摘    要:参考北大西洋公约组织和AIAA推荐的风洞试验数据不确定度计算方法,结合激波风洞运行特点,确定激波风洞气动力试验的主要误差源,计算激波风洞13-2标模气动力测量结果的不确定度。采用改变单一变量的方法计算主要误差源对测量结果不确定度的影响程度,辨析对不确定度起主要作用的基本参数。计算结果表明:皮托压力和总压的测量结果对流场参数影响显著,皮托压力的测量结果比总压测量结果对流场参数与气动力测量结果影响更大;降低皮托压力和总压的偏离极限,有利于提高激波风洞气动力试验数据的质量。

Analysis of uncertainty for aerodynamic test in shock tunnel

Abstract:Referring to the method of uncertainty analysis for wind tunnel recommended by AGARD and AIAA and according to the characteristic of shock tunnel, the important error sources were determined in aerodynamic force measurement, and the uncertainty of aerodynamic test data can be estimated in shock tunnel. The test data were obtained with B-2 standard model in shock tunnel. By changing each error source, the primary parameters which affect uncertainty in aerodynamic test are confirmed. The results indicate that pitot pressure and total pressure have notable effect on parameters of flow field, while the former is more important. It is effective to improve the quality of aerodynamic test data by decreasing the bias limit of pitot pressure and to- tal pressure in shock tunnel.
