摘    要:采用光纤探针测量方法对垂直上升管中空气-水两相流动的局部截面含气率分布规律进行了研究。实验选用的管径为100mm,气相、液相表观速度的范围分别为0~0.1m/s和0~1.0m/s。在对光纤探针法的测量精度进行评价和标定基础上,利用实验获得的截面含气率和气泡速度径向分布信息,得出了分布参数与漂移速度,在此基础上对几类漂移流模型进行评价,发现漂移速度的计算方法不同是导致几类模型计算结果存在较大差异的主要原因;综合比较结果表明,Hibiki-Ishii(2003)漂移流模型计算截面含气率具有较高的精度。

A study of the application of drift-flux model in gas-liquid two-phase flow in a large tube

Abstract:Local profile of void fraction of air-water two phase flow in a large circular tube was conducted with the measurement by optical fiber probes. The tested tube has an inner diameter of 100mm, and the superficial velocity of gas and liquid ranges from 0 to 0. 1 m/s and from 0 to 1.0m/s, respectively. On the basis of gauging and calibrating the optical probe, radial profiles of local void fraction and velocity of passed bubbles were obtained, from which the distribution fac- tor and the drift velocity were deduced. Several drift flux models of calculating void fraction were evaluated against the experimental data, showing that it is different methods for calculating drift velocity leading to the discrepancy among these models. Hibiki-Ishii(2003) model is recommended for calculating void fraction due to its better accuracy for present conditions.
