斜楔式扭转振动器原理研究

摘    要:为了解决扭转振动攻丝系统体积大、成本高、使用寿命短等关键问题,使攻丝力矩明显减小的振动攻丝技术能够得到广泛应用,提出了一种结构紧凑、压力角小、具有对称结构、制造工艺简单的斜楔式扭转振动器的传动原理,导出了该振动器的输出运动方程所要满足的必要条件,并给出了输入输出构件凸轮廓线的一般方程.最后通过一个例子证实了方程的正确性.这种扭转振动器可以广泛地应用于振动攻丝、振动铰孔加工.

Abstract:To solve the big bulk, high cost and short life span problem of current vibration tapping and reaming system , and to promote application of the high performance vibration tapping and reaming technology, they proposed a wedge type torsional vibrator, which is of much smaller pressure angle, more compact,and which is symmetry in construction and easy to be fabricated. They obtained its output movement constraint equations, its cam curves' equations and synthesis methodology. They also gave an example to prove the validity of the equations. The vibrator can be widely applied to vibration tapping and reaming process .
