减振测试振动台及其控制系统

摘    要:为验证减振器的隔振效果,设计了一套能提供典型振动条件的单自由度垂直往复运动的电液振动台及其计算机控制系统,通过该系统可以在室内模拟定频振动、扫频振动、随机振动及冲击谱等振动条件,完成所测减振器的机械力学性能或产品耐久性寿命测试等试验。系统控制部分采用上下位工控机结构,分别完成数据采集、实时控制,运行参数监控、数据处理的功能,控制策略采用模糊PID复合控制,控制参数可方便调整,能实现典型的波形再现和功率谱再现。系统运行结果表明,无论是时域还是频域均能达到满意的振动模拟。

Abstract:In order to validate the vibration absorption effect of a damper,a single degree of freedom,vertical reciprocation electro-hydraulic shaker table and its control system was designed.The system can simulate classical vibration conditions,such as single determinate frequency vibration,scan frequency vibration,random vibration and shock.It can be applied to test the mechanical performance of a damper and the reliability requirements of other parts.The shaker table control system adopted configuration of up-down industry PC,which can complete data acquiring,real-time control,parameters monitoring and data analysis.A compound control strategy of PID and fuzzy control was applied,which has fairly good ability of servo track and robust ability to parameter change.The operation results show that the system output can well simulate the classical vibration conditions both in time domain and frequency domain.
