活齿传动啮合副的滑动情况研究

摘    要:活齿传动是一种强度和可靠性都很高的新型少齿差齿轮传动,近年来得到了广泛的研究和应用.然而该传动在使用过程中存在着传动效率低、啮合副容易磨损等问题.由于活齿传动中“活齿”及转臂轴承外圈都具有局部自由度,本文首先提出了滑动系数的概念。通过用数值法对轮齿各啮合副之间的运动关系、摩擦性质及润滑状态等复杂因素的综合分析与联立求解,深入地研究了啮合副间的打滑情况和润滑状态,并全面讨论了各种因素对活齿打滑的影响。文中采用高速摄影技术对活齿的实际运动情况进行了观测,结果与数值法的结论基本一致。研究结果表明,该传动的啮合副特别是活齿与保持架之间的相对运动情况不利于动压油膜的形成,因此摩擦损耗较大,从而揭示出活齿传动效率低、易磨损的内在原因,为活齿传动的进一步改进提供参考。

Abstract:Following teeth gearing is a new type gear transmission of few teeth number differences with high strength and reliability and is developed and applied widely in recent years. But it is also found principally that it is inefficient and its contact pairs are non-wearable in application. As there is local freedom at both the following rollers and the outerring of eccentric bearing,the definition about skidding coefficient is introduced firstly in the paper. Through a numberical analysis and solution for the comprehensive factors between each pair of contacts, such as moving states,frictional performance lubricating conditions and so on,the skidding and lubricating conditions are researched thorouthly,and the action of perameters which change the skidding behaviour of the following rollers are discussed. As a measuremental means a smear camera is used, which gives an acount of the real movement of following rollers. The results support the numerical conclusions. It is shown according to the research that the relative motion between the contact pairs is slack in the formation of dynamic lubricating film,especially between the pairs of following roller to its holder,which leads to a higher frictional loss and explains, therefore, why the transmission is inefficient and non-wearable. The research of this paper will thus be taken as a basis for the development of the transmission.
